Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required upon placing your order to secure production and loading slot.
- Balance on delivery — settle the remaining 50% upon collection at the depot or within 14 days of order confirmation.
- Late payment: outstanding balances beyond 14 days incur 2% interest per week on the unpaid amount.

Ex-Godown (EXW) Explained
All prices cover full vehicle loading of the product onto buyer-designated transport at the Msambweni Warehouse Godown Depot. Once loaded, the buyer assumes responsibility for the shipment.
This means pricing excludes transport, insurance, and any cross-border requirements. The Ex-Godown model provides transparent, depot-level pricing that allows buyers to manage their own logistics cost-effectively.

Transport Haulage Buyer arranges and bears the cost of transport from the depot to the destination.

Transit Insurance Buyer is responsible for insuring the product during transit from the godown.

Destination Offloading Buyer manages offloading at the final delivery point.
